Frequently Asked Questions

My guests love Epic Tymes services and want more time. How can I book more time & change the Event End Time in the middle of my event?

Great Question!!


ANSWER ->  You will be charged an additional $225 fee

for one additional hour added to the previously agreed upon event time.     


HOW DO I PAY FOR ADDITIONAL TIME?


ANSWER ->  You will need to send an email requesting additional time. Then make payment online. 


Under NO circumstance, Event staff are NOT allowed to take any form of payments for any additional services. 


Epic Tymes reserves the right to adjust the "Event End Time" to ensure the current event does not conflict with another client, and a new Event End Time is mutually agreed upon.

My plans have changed, and I need to cancel.

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING:


Any cancellation will result in you losing your entire deposit.

There are No Refunds.  


But we do offer you an opportunity to reschedule.

Any rescheduling must be made at least 14 days before your event date, or you will be responsible for paying the full invoiced amount.


If something occurs to affect your date, please let us know immediately to discuss options.

Event Start Time -vs- Guest arrival Time. Is there a difference?

Yes.  The client is paying from the Event Start Time to Event End Time.


If your guest(s) arrival is delayed or show up late, we are not responsible, but to avoid this problem.


We can help you in the planning stages of your event to determine the Best Event Start Time.



What city does Epic Tymes service?

We service Cobb County, Clayton County, Dekalb County, Fulton County and Gwinnett County.


Our starting point of travel is Piedmont Park in downtown Atlanta.


Any client event that is booked within 40 miles from Piedmont Park to the event location is free. 


Any distance over 40 miles the client will incur an additional fee.

There's No Internet at Event Location. Now what?

INTERNET ACCESS:

A reliable internet connection with speed of at least 1MB is required at the event venue to deliver the photo booth videos. 


Where internet is not available, we may still be able to provide guests with instant access to videos.


If we are unable to deliver immediately on site due to lack of internet availability, the videos will be placed in a queue and processed by the provider after the event concludes.


These will be delivered to the client within 7 days.


The Client will be responsible for delivering the relevant media files to the event guests.


The Client understands that we are not responsible for internet connection or reliability.


It is your responsibility to ensure the venue has a reliable internet connection


We will not be liable for any loss of data or issues that may arise from poor or lack of internet connectivity.
