Epic Tymes offers Photo Booth experiences, 360° Video Booth experiences, event planning and coordination, event styling, celebration and hotel room setups, event rentals, and other customized event services.
Services vary by package. Only the services included in your accepted proposal or service agreement are included with your booking.
Our Selfie Station and 360° experiences require a 2-hour minimum booking.
Yes, additional service time may be available depending on our schedule.
Additional time is $150 per hour and must be approved by Epic Tymes before your scheduled service ends.
Payment must be completed electronically. Event staff are not permitted to accept cash or direct payments at the event.
Your reserved service time begins at the scheduled start time listed in your agreement, regardless of when your guests arrive.
Late guest arrival does not extend your scheduled service period.

All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to support@epictymes.com.
All retainers are non-refundable.
Eligible bookings may be rescheduled one time within 12 months, subject to availability and current pricing.
Cancellations or changes made within 14 days of the event may require payment of the remaining balance.
Please refer to your Service Agreement for complete cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Epic Tymes proudly serves Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Travel within 45 miles of downtown Atlanta is included with your service.
Locations beyond the included service area are subject to an additional $1 per mile travel fee.
Parking, tolls, valet, lodging, or other travel-related expenses may apply when necessary.
Events requiring significant or overnight travel will receive a customized travel quote.
Some Photo Booth and 360° sharing features require a reliable internet connection.
If internet service is unavailable or unreliable at the venue, guests may not be able to receive their photos or videos immediately.
Media may be queued and delivered once internet connectivity becomes available.
EpicTymes is not responsible for delays caused by unavailable or unreliable venue internet service.
Yes! EpicTymes offers event planning, coordination, and event styling as standalone services.
Pricing is based on the size, location, complexity, and level of assistance required for your event.

Yes! EpicTymes offers customized setups for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, romantic occasions, children's celebrations, and other special moments.
Packages may include balloons, décor, personalized touches, and other selected enhancements.
Hotel or venue approval, access requirements, parking fees, and property restrictions may apply.
Your event date is not officially reserved until the required 50% retainer has been paid and your service agreement has been accepted.
The remaining balance is generally due 14 days before your event.
Bookings made within 14 days of the event may require payment in full.
EpicTymes accepts approved electronic payment methods provided during the booking process.
Certain payment methods may include a processing or service fee.
