There is a non-refundable deposit due at booking to secure your event time and date.
Deposit amount may vary based on the Epic Tymes LLC package selected.
BOOKING:
A minimum booking period of 2 hours is required.
Your desired date and services will be secured when the deposit payment and signed contract are received.
PAYMENT:
A non-refundable deposit secure your desired date and services.
The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the event date.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING:
Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days before your event date
or you will be responsible for paying the full invoiced amount.
If something occurs to affect your date, please let us know immediately to discuss options.

YES, you can reschedule. The Client must reschedule another event within 6 months (180-days) of Clients original date of their event.
Epic Tymes LLC reserves the right to adjust the reschedule date to ensure the rescheduled event does not conflict with another client, and a date that is mutually agreed upon.
Please Note:
Your booking time begins from the Start-Time of your event. Not the time your guest arrive.
