This policy is written for EpicTymes' current event-services profile and replaces unrelated legacy language about domain registration,
WHOIS/ICANN, a Trust Center, and Privacy Shield certification.
EpicTymes, LLC (“EpicTymes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of clients, prospective clients, event guests, website
visitors, and others who interact with our services. This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we may collect,
how we use and share it, the choices available to you, and how to contact us. It applies to information collected through our
website, inquiry and booking forms, event services, photo booth or digital-media features, email, text, telephone, and other
business interactions.
1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, mailing or event address, email address, telephone
number, event date and location, event type, guest count, theme or preferences, service selections, messages, photographs or
other content you choose to provide, and information needed to administer a booking. We may also receive limited technical
information when you use our website, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and
cookie or analytics information, depending on the technologies enabled on the site.
2. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. EpicTymes may receive transaction details such as payment
status, amount, date, billing name, and limited payment identifiers. We do not intend to store full payment-card numbers or security
codes when a third-party processor handles the transaction. The payment provider's own privacy terms may also apply.
3. EVENT & PHOTO BOOTH INFORMATION
When you book an event, we may collect information needed to plan, coordinate, deliver, install, operate, and remove services.
Photo booth or 360° services may create photographs or videos. If digital sharing is enabled, guests may voluntarily provide an
email address or mobile number so the requested media can be delivered. Media may be processed or stored using third-party
technology, cloud, gallery, messaging, or event-platform providers.
4. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEO & PROMOTIONAL CONTENT
EpicTymes may photograph or record its décor, installations, equipment, staff, and overall event environment for portfolio, website,
social-media, advertising, promotional, or educational use as permitted by the applicable client agreement and law. A client may
request a private-event/no-marketing-media option before the event. We will make reasonable efforts to honor communicated
requests not to intentionally feature a person in EpicTymes promotional content. Special care should be used when identifiable
minors are the principal subject of promotional content.
5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; prepare quotes and proposals; schedule and manage bookings; process
or confirm payments; communicate about an event; provide planning, décor, rental, photo booth, delivery, setup, breakdown, or
related services; deliver digital media; coordinate with venues or vendors when authorized; maintain business and transaction
records; protect our equipment, personnel, clients, and business; prevent fraud or misuse; improve our services and website;
comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
6. TEXTS, EMAILS & SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS
We may use the contact information you provide to send communications reasonably related to an inquiry, booking, payment,
event, service delivery, schedule change, or customer-service request. Transactional or service-related communications are
separate from promotional marketing. Where marketing consent is required, we will seek it as appropriate, and available opt-out

Our website platform or third-party services may use cookies, pixels, analytics, or similar technologies to operate the site,

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website or services may link to or rely on third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment processors, gallery providers,
mapping services, booking tools, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. EpicTymes does not
control an independent third party's privacy practices.
10. SALE OR SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
EpicTymes does not intend to sell personal information for money. Certain website advertising or analytics technologies, if
enabled, may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws even when no money
changes hands. Where applicable, EpicTymes will provide legally required choices or mechanisms based on the technologies
actually used on the website.

be stored indefinitely, and clients should download and back up delivered media promptly.

website, electronic transmission, cloud service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Clients and guests
should use care when sending sensitive information electronically.
13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our website and booking services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to
collect personal information online directly from children under 13. Events may include children, and photographs or videos may
incidentally include minors. Questions or requests concerning a minor's information or promotional image may be directed to

Browser privacy signals and legal requirements continue to evolve. EpicTymes will handle legally recognized browser-based
opt-out signals when and to the extent required by applicable law and supported by the website technologies we use. Other “Do
Not Track” signals may not produce a standardized response.
17. BUSINESS TRANSFERS & LEGAL DISCLOSURES
If EpicTymes is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction,
information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law. We may also preserve or disclose information
when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect safety or property, investigate fraud or misuse,
or enforce our agreements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, business practices, or legal
requirements. The revised policy will display a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the
